Are appointments free of charge?
Yes — all Diamond Lab appointments are completely free, whether you're visiting for a consultation, drop-off, or virtual meeting.
Can I bring someone with me to the appointment?
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your partner, family member, or a friend to your in-store appointment.
Where is your showroom located?
We are located at Shop 28/350 Cambridge Street, Wembley, Western Australia. Free parking is available nearby. Outside of cambridge Forum Shopping Center, entrance is from Alexander Street, on the verandah.
What should I bring to my appointment?
If you're designing a custom piece, feel free to bring inspiration photos, existing rings, or diamond certificates. For drop-offs, please bring any relevant paperwork or warranty info.
Do I need to prepare for a virtual consultation?
Just ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space. We'll send you a Google Meet link ahead of your scheduled time.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
You can reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
Will I receive a quote during my consultation?
Yes — our jewellers can provide pricing estimates and options during your appointment, especially for custom or bespoke designs.
Can I drop off multiple items in one visit?
Yes, just let us know in your booking notes what you're bringing in. We’re happy to assist with multiple rings or services during the same appointment slot.
