You can modify any of our existing designs to suit your preferences—change the diamond size, adjust the setting, or select your preferred metal (18K white, yellow, rose gold, or platinum).

If you have a sketch, a reference image, or even just an idea, share it with us! We’ll work with you to refine the details and develop a design that meets your expectations.

3D CAD Design & Visualisation
Once your design is finalised, we create a 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) model, allowing you to see every detail before production begins. Adjustments can still be made at this stage to ensure the perfect result.

Crafting Your Jewellery
Our skilled artisans begin handcrafting your piece using ethical, lab-grown diamonds and high-quality materials. Every step is carried out with precision and care to ensure exceptional craftsmanship.
Step 6
Final Approval & Delivery
Once your jewellery is complete, we conduct a thorough quality check and present it to you for final approval. After confirmation, your custom piece is securely packaged and shipped to you.
Custom Design FAQ – Additional Information
Do you require a deposit for custom orders?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required before we begin crafting your custom jewellery piece. The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery.
Can I request modifications after the design has been approved?
Once the 3D CAD model is approved, only minor adjustments may be possible. Significant changes may require additional time and costs, so we encourage confirming all details before approval.
What metals can I choose for my custom design?
We offer 10K, 14K, 18K white, yellow, and rose gold, as well as platinum for custom jewellery. If you need guidance on which metal suits your design best, we’re happy to help!
Do you offer engraving on custom jewellery?
Yes! We can add personalised engravings such as initials, special dates, or meaningful messages to your jewellery. Let us know your request when finalising the design.
Can I create a matching wedding band for my engagement ring?
Absolutely! We can design a custom wedding band to perfectly match your engagement ring, whether it’s from Diamond Lab or another jeweller. We ensure a seamless fit and complementary style.
Is there an extra cost for a completely unique design?
Custom pricing depends on the complexity of the design, the materials used, and the craftsmanship required. A unique design may have additional costs due to the bespoke nature, but we will provide a detailed quote upfront before beginning the process.
Do you offer virtual consultations for custom jewellery?
Yes! If you can’t visit us in person, we offer virtual design consultations via video call or email. You can discuss your vision, review sketches, and approve designs from the comfort of your home.
What happens if I’m not happy with my custom jewellery?
We ensure you are fully involved in the design process, from concept to final approval. Since custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable, but we will work closely with you to make sure every detail meets your expectations before production begins.
