Joseph was absolutely fantastic! I called him with a couple of ideas for a custom ring. He provided some great ideas and gave me thorough time frames as to cost and timeframe around delivery, as I live interstate. The design process was easy, as Joseph was happy to pass on all minor changes that I was after and assure me that this wouldn't affect the delivery date. The ring arrived on time and was absolutely perfect. Honestly don't know what I would have done without Joseph's amazing help!
