How Our Partial Payment Option Works
To give our clients greater flexibility, Diamond Lab offers the option to secure your piece with a 50% deposit at checkout. The remaining 50% balance is due before your jewellery is released for delivery or collection.
Payment Structure

Deposit Payment (50%)
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your order total is charged when you place your order. This deposit secures your chosen design and allows us to begin production. -
Final Balance (50%)
The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or collection. You will receive a secure online payment link via email to complete the final payment.

Your order is confirmed once the deposit payment is successfully processed.

Delivery & Collection

Jewellery will only be released once the outstanding balance is paid in full.

For shipped orders, final payment must be completed before dispatch.

For showroom collection, final payment must be completed before or on the day of collection.
Cancellations & Refunds

Deposit Payment: Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover materials, labour, and administrative costs associated with custom jewellery production.

Final Balance: Fully refundable if cancelled before dispatch or collection. Once an item has shipped or been collected, cancellations are not permitted.
Exclusions

Discount codes and promotional offers may not apply to partial payment orders unless specifically stated.

Custom engraving or bespoke modifications cannot be refunded once production has commenced.
