You can customise every detail:

Step 2
Stone Selection & Certification
Our gemologist hand-selects each lab-grown diamond or moissanite to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
We source only IGI and GIA-certified lab-grown diamonds and D/VVS1 moissanite, guaranteeing:
- Exceptional cut precision
- Colourless or near-colourless grading
- Verified origin and ethical traceability
Before setting, each stone undergoes optical inspection under magnification to confirm brilliance, symmetry, and authenticity.
Step 3
Handcrafting in Australia
All Diamond Lab jewellery is handcrafted locally in Australia by master jewellers.
Using both traditional bench techniques and advanced 3D fabrication, we shape, solder, and polish every component with precision.
This hands-on approach allows us to:

Each ring passes through multiple inspection points to ensure flawless finish and structural integrity before setting the stone.
Step 4
Setting & Finishing
Setting is the heart of craftsmanship.
Our jewellers secure each stone with carefully calibrated claw tension, ensuring both brilliance and durability.
Every edge is smoothed, every surface polished to a mirror-like sheen.
Finally, your piece undergoes ultrasonic cleaning and high-pressure steam polishing for perfect light performance.
Before it leaves our studio, our senior jeweller performs a final quality assessment, confirming:

- Setting security
- Symmetry and polish grade
- Hallmark engraving and serial verification
Only once everything meets our exacting standards does your piece earn the Diamond Lab seal.

Presentation & Delivery
Your jewellery is presented in our signature eco-luxury packaging — crafted from FSC-certified materials with a soft velvet interior for safekeeping.
Each order includes:
- A Certificate of Authenticity
- Lifetime Care & Warranty documentation
- Cleaning cloth and maintenance guide
Every parcel is fully insured during shipping and requires signature on delivery for security and peace of mind.

How long does the crafting process take?
Standard production takes approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on design complexity. Rush orders may be available upon request.
Are all Diamond Lab rings made in Australia?
Yes. Every ring is handcrafted in Australia by our in-house jewellers to maintain quality, ethics, and craftsmanship.
Can I see the design before it’s made?
Absolutely. We provide CAD renders or design previews for all custom pieces prior to production to ensure every detail is perfect.
