Free Ring Resizing with Diamond Lab

At Diamond Lab Australia, we understand that finding the perfect fit is just as important as choosing the perfect ring. To give you confidence and peace of mind, we offer a complimentary resizing service on eligible rings. This ensures that your engagement ring or wedding band fits comfortably for everyday wear and for a lifetime of love.

Our resizing service is crafted to the same standard of excellence as the original creation, with every adjustment performed by our expert jewellers in Australia.

• Coverage: One Free Resize within 12 months of completion.
• First Resize: If your ring is resized from the stock size (usually AU M ½) and you request a further adjustment, our workshop will first assess whether additional resizing is possible.
• Recommendation: We suggest having your finger measured at our Perth showroom before proceeding with the initial resize.

• Coverage: One free size replacement (excludes titanium, carbon fibre, tantalum, and custom designs).
• Engraving: Original engraving included at no cost in the one-time replacement.
  
• Limitations: Some metals and custom styles cannot be resized and will instead require remake or replacement.

Whenever possible, we engrave on the side of the band so resizing won’t affect it. In cases where the engraving must be removed, we will restore it at no cost.

Book a Showroom Appointment – We recommend an in-person measurement at our Perth showroom. Resizing takes approx. 2–3 business weeks.

Post Back to Diamond Lab – Contact us to arrange secure postage. Please provide your accurate size when submitting. Complimentary resizing is limited to one per purchase.

• Postage: Diamond Lab provides one-time complimentary postage (both ways) within Australia for your free resize request.
• Timeframe: Rings must be returned within 30 business days once a label is issued.
  
• Remakes: If the request is outside resizing availability guidelines, the ring may need to be remade. A remake incurs a fee and takes up to 40 business days.
  
• Warranty: Resizing done by any unauthorised jeweller voids the Diamond Lab Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.
  
• Eligibility: Some ring styles cannot be resized. This will be noted on the product page or advised during your consultation.

• Plain bands (Platinum, White Gold, Yellow Gold, Rose Gold): 4 sizes up or down.
  
• Pavé band (⅔ pavé or less): Up to 2.5 sizes up or 2 sizes down.
  
• Triple pavé band: 1 size up or 0.5 sizes down.
  
• Titanium, Carbon Fibre, Tantalum, Pt600: Cannot be resized.
  

Exceptions

• Basket Settings: Can generally be resized 0.5 sizes less than the ranges above.
  
• Cathedral Settings: May result in slight oval shape if resized too far; reduce range by 0.5 size.
• Custom Rings: Subject to workshop assessment for structural integrity.
