The most important factor. We only accept Excellent or Very Good cut grades for lab diamonds. For moissanite, we assess fire, brilliance, and symmetry manually—because not all sparkle is created equal.

Colour
We specialise in colourless (D-F) or near-colourless (G-H) diamonds, rejecting any yellow or brown hues. Moissanite is always graded D colour for maximum brilliance.

Clarity
We favour VS1 or VVS2 clarity as standard, ensuring your stone appears flawless to the naked eye. For those who want perfection, we offer internally flawless (IF) options by request.

Carat
Bigger isn’t always better—but balance is key. Our selection prioritises carat weight that complements stone proportions, ensuring both visual impact and value.

2. Independent Certification Only

Every Diamond Lab lab-grown diamond comes with a certificate from IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America), two of the world’s most respected grading bodies. This ensures every piece meets verified, globally recognised standards.

We never self-certify, and we never source from manufacturers without full transparency.
